Becoming a Foster Parent

The Ruth Hearns-Williams Treatment Foster Care Program is actively seeking people interested in becoming foster parents.

We are looking for strong, tolerant, and dedicated people to provide quality care to male/female children and adolescents that have been separated from their natural families. You must be responsible, have a flexible schedule and be able to attend meetings. A valid PA driver’s license required.

We provide stipend, training and support. You provide love. The challenges are many, but the rewards are great.
