Selina Mack

Selina Mack, RN, oversees the nursing teams for both ChildFirst and Spectrum Community Services. She has dedicated several years to ChildFirst Services, initially serving as a Program Services Lead. Her commitment to the children and families she supported inspired her to further her education and become a registered nurse.

For the past three years, Selina has served as a nurse with ChildFirst, where she consistently demonstrates exceptional compassion, leadership, and empathy in caring for the young people entrusted to us. She is dependable, responsive at all hours, and her extensive clinical knowledge is a valuable resource to both staff and youth. Selina’s ability to connect meaningfully with young people is remarkable; she is not only a trusted healthcare professional but also a supportive presence they can rely on during difficult moments.

Selina Mack exemplifies servant leadership in her daily work and treats every young person with the same care and concern she would extend to her own family. She is an invaluable asset to both ChildFirst and Spectrum Community Services and is highly deserving of recognition as Employee of the Month.
